Our expertise sits at the intersection of engineering, facility operations, project handover, and digital technology. We understand how information is created throughout a project; and, more importantly, how that information needs to be structured and used by operations.
Our goal is simple: make the knowledge created during a project usable by the people responsible for operating the facility.
Leadership Team
Hong Gao
Hong is the co-founder and VP of Software Engineering. He is an entrepreneur who has been involved in technology start-ups throughout his career. He is an industry expert in interoperability and designing technology to solve complicated infrastructure problems. Prior to founding Agile Handover, Hong worked for Bentley Systems as a Director of Software Development in the i-model technology group.
Jeff Nolan
Jeff is co-founder and VP of Solutions for Agile Handover. He is an industry expert on operations, engineering, and geospatial data/doc management best practices; implementing streamlined continuous handover solutions for owner operators. Jeff worked in production for many years, then in consulting, and has also been an active member on multiple standard committees. Prior to founding Agile Handover, Jeff worked for Bentley Systems as a Senior Systems Consultant to implement large-scale data management solutions globally.
Steve Sims
Steve is the Director of Business Development for Agile Handover. He is an experienced Senior Business Development and Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. Skilled in Sales, Partner Management, Go-to-market Strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Professional Services. Strong sales professional graduated from Lamar University.
